Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally shipped either the same day or one business day after you place it. We'll update you via email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships. Lead time depends on the type of item you order - commercially shipped items (with UPS Ground) generally have a lead time of 1-2 weeks from time of purchase while larger items - usually shipped with white glove delivery or UPS Freight - can take up to 8 weeks to receive. Call or email us with order details so we can provide a more accurate approximation.
Privacy & Security
Decor Market is committed to protecting your personally identifiable information. As a reminder, Decor Market does not request personally identifiable information via e-mail or telemarketing. If someone contacts you in either of these manners and requests personally identifiable information on behalf of Decor Market, do not respond. Delete, disregard or hang up. Returns & Replacements
Items that are shipped with UPS Ground (rugs, accessories & select furniture) can be returned within 7 days of receival, assuming there is no sign of wear or damage not caused by us. We'll schedule a pick up but it's your responsibility to re-package the item if necessary and leave it out for pick up or to bring it to your nearest UPS branch after receiving a prepaid UPS label (sent by us). Select furniture shipped with white glove delivery or UPS Freight is not subject to a return. Although we generally adhere to our own return policy, we evaluate each return request uniquely so feel free to call or email us with order details and we'll try our best to satisfy you.
Ordering
You can place your order either through our online store or by calling us at 516-945-8000 - one of our representatives will walk you through the process. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, and all sensitive data is encrypted. We take your confidentiality and security very seriously, so if there is anything we can do to make you more confident of that do not hesitate to let us know.
Payment & Pricing
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Pricing conditions vary by manufcaturer, but the pricing in our store usually represents the lowest prices they tolerate online. Depending on the item & manufacturer we may be willing to honor a price match, especially if you find the same item for cheaper on another store. Contact us with the item details and a link for us to set up a price match.
Viewing Orders
You can view all order information through your Decor Market customer account. After logging in, within the account dashboard on the left, you'll see a link titled My Orders which is where all past & present order information is stored. Information such as order number, ship to/billing addresses, tracking and item details can be seen here. If there is any information not shown that you need do not hesitate to contact us.
Updating Account Information
You can update account information by signing in to your Decor Market customer account and using the Address Book and Account Information links, where you can edit or add billing/shipping addresses and the name/email address associated with your account. If you have any trouble updating your account information please contact us.
