Most Safavieh (excluding Safavieh Couture brand items) orders generally ship 1-3 business days after you place it, while all other manufacturers may vary depending on product availability (Please check the specific product page for a shipping estimate). We'll update you via email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships. Lead time depends on the type of item you order - commercially shipped items (with FedEx Ground) generally have a lead time of 1-2 weeks from time of purchase while larger items - usually shipped with white glove delivery or CEVA Freight - can take up to 4-12 weeks to receive. Call or email us with order details so we can provide a more accurate approximation.

Returns & Replacements
All Safavieh items (excluding Safavieh Couture) can be returned within 7 business days of receiving your item(s) as long as we are contacted by phone or email within that time frame. All other brands are final sale. Freight returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, if approved by Decor Market for return. Contact us at or call directly at 516.945.8000. Any item(s) eligible for returns must be in the condition it was received. Please keep all original packaging for returns. Payment & Pricing
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Pricing conditions vary by manufacturer, but the pricing in our store usually represents the lowest prices they tolerate online. We have the right to cancel any orders made if there are pricing discrepancies. Depending on the item & manufacturer we may be willing to honor a price match, especially if you find the same item for cheaper on another store. Contact us with the item details and a link for us to set up a price match.
Viewing Orders
You can view all order information through your Decor Market customer account. After logging in, within the account dashboard on the left, you'll see a link titled My Orders which is where all past & present order information is stored. Information such as order number, ship to/billing addresses, tracking and item details can be seen here. If there is any information not shown that you need do not hesitate to contact us.
Updating Account Information
You can update account information by signing in to your Decor Market customer account and using the Address Book and Account Information links, where you can edit or add billing/shipping addresses and the name/email address associated with your account.
