In general, most merchandise that is shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground is eligible for a free return as long as you notify us within 7 days of the delivery date (based on tracking information). Any returns sent after the initial 7 day period are only eligible for Decor Market store credit. Also, all returns must be in the condition you received it in, so it's important to keep all of the original wrapping & packaging intact in case you decide to make a return. After notifying us, we will email you a prepaid FedEx or UPS Ground shipping label and your only responsibility is to drop off the merchandise to a local branch or to have it picked up from the shipping address. Once the tracking has confirmed shipment, we will issue you the refund.
