Care Notes | Vacuum thoroughly at least once a week with a canister vacuum. Do not engage beater bars. Rugs placed in high traffic areas of the home or exposed to household pets should be vacuumed more frequently. For rugs that are relatively easy to handle, bring them outdoors and shake vigorously to remove excess debris. Rugs placed in high traffic areas will wear faster than those in lesser tread-upon locations; rotating a rug every few months will distribute any wear and fading evenly. |

Most in stock orders ship within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. Once your order has been processed to ship we are not able to cancel your order and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted if you choose to proceed with a return. If you choose to cancel your order before it ships you will be issued a full refund. After 1-3 business days from when you placed the order your tracking will be sent via the email provided. Please check your spam or junk folders if you do not receive it within that time frame. Most orders ship via Fedex and arrive in 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Certain manufacturers may vary depending on product availability. Please note that the date provided for back ordered items is subject to change and you are charged at the time of purchase to secure your item. If you decide to cancel a backorder please contact us before the processes to ship and you will be refunded in full. Call or email us with your order details so we can provide a more accurate approximation for the arrival of your order. Please note that sending an email does not mean that your adjustment or cancellation is guaranteed to be processed. We will contact you as soon as we receive your email to let you know if we can accommodate your request. Unfortunately, orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns:
Most merchandise that is shipped via FedEx is eligible for a return within 30 days of receiving the item. All merchandise after the 30 day period becomes final sale. There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund for items eligible for a return. *NOTE - Rugs are excluded from the 15% restocking fee. If you wish to return your item(s), please keep all the original packaging materials and package the item(s) as best and securely as possible. Please note we are unable to provide new shipping materials in the event they are discarded. After notifying us, we will email you a prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label and you can follow the instructions provided on the shipping label. Once the tracking has confirmed arrival back to the warehouse, we will issue you your refund deducting the 15% restocking fee within a 2-3 week time frame.
Damaged Merchandise:
If your item(s) arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately at 516.945.8000 or email us at info@decormarket.com. Please provide your order number and images of the damaged item(s). Our returns team will review the information you provided and respond back to you within 24 business hours. Please be sure to complete this process within 14 days of the delivery date.

FAQ
How long will my item(s) take to ship?
In stock items (with the exclusion of certain items that require freight shipment) ship in 1-3 business days and arrive to you in 3-5 business days via FedEx. If you do not receive your items during that time frame please contact customer care to further assist you.
Larger items that require freight delivery take 2-4 weeks.
What is a pre order?
When you place a pre order you are charged with the current listed price to secure the discount at the time of purchase, and then you are put on a priority pre order list. Once the item is back in stock the item will ship out immediately. If you wish to cancel your pre order, you can do so by emailing or calling us as long as it is before the order processes to ship.
Will pre order dates change?
The date is subject to change however the dates provided are typically accurate based on vendor lead times. You may contact us at any time for an update on your order.
What is your return policy?
Most Safavieh items (with the exception of items marked as Final Sale) can be returned within 30 business days of receiving your item(s) as long as we are contacted by phone or email within that time frame, you will receive a refund minus a 15% restocking fee for this item. Rugs are not subject to the restocking fee and you will be refunded in full. Decor Market will provide a pre-paid label for the return. After 30 days the sale becomes final. All other brands are in final sale.
When can I expect my refund?
The warehouse needs 2-3 weeks to receive it from the delivery date and then we will be able to process your return and refund back to your original method of payment. We appreciate your patience during this time.
